Kelly stems are for 1 inch ahead systems and 26.0mm diameter handlebars - they will take road and bullhorn style bars! For 25.4mm handlebars we sell Nitto Shims.
TIG-welded CrMo steel construction, powdercoated in black. The coating can show shopwear in some cases.
To understand the angles, please check picture 1. Basis is a 73° headtube angle. Of course, all Kelly stems can be mounted upside down. The handlebar clamp bolt will the point down with it's head.
H designates a horizontal line.
