| No, we didn't make compromises on this one, we only made savings concerning the weight...
The frame is a high-end Luongo masterpiece. We had it sandblasted and chrome plated, that's why it has that unique sparkling finish. And, of course: no paint, no chips.
Wheels are handlaced with Shimano DuraAce hubs. DT spokes (Revolution front, Competition rear), aluminum nipples and Mavic OpenPro rims. They roll on Continental Supersonic tires.
For brakes and crank we were not even up to weight savings. We just wanted the most beautiful pieces from our treasures: Campagnolo Superrecord crank with matching guide ring and the extremely rare and nice DuraAce AX brakes.
We completed it with light seatpost and saddle, a carbon fork and Salsa 16° carbon handlebar - why not make this great bike even more fun to ride by means of comfort...
The bike already has a happy owner (the writer is grinning with joy...) but we'll be happy to build a similar bike for you.
